I'm Caitlin Goldman, an ICF Associate Certified Coach with over 14 years of experience in career coaching and leadership development. I’ve designed and led emerging leadership programs and new manager training for tech companies like Smartsheet and facilitated career development initiatives for nearly a decade at the University of Washington. My diverse work background in tech, higher ed, and non-profits shapes the way I coach: With empathy, deep listening, and as a collaborative partner.
My passion is helping women and individuals from underrepresented backgrounds find their next role, thrive in their careers, and advance into leadership. When you feel stuck in your job search, I'm here to help you move forward.

1:1 Coaching
My most flexible option, I use a sliding scale system so you can pick the level that represents where you are in your career: •$95 Artists, Teachers, and Non-Profit/Federal workers •$125 Early career professionals (1-4 years experience) •$155 Established professionals (5+ years experience) During our sessions, we can cover topics such as: •General coaching: Identifying skills & strengths; goal setting; problem solving work/life challenges •Career coaching: Job search strategies; resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile review; interview prep; salary negotiation; networking skills •Leadership coaching: Emotional intelligence and self awareness; managing conflict; building trust and team culture; giving feedback
Career Coaching Package
Whether you are looking for a career change or a new opportunity, this plan will support you with every step of the job search process. Package includes: •Up to six 1:1 career coaching sessions •Two resume and cover letter draft reviews •Comprehensive LinkedIn profile review •Two mock interviews with detailed feedback •Salary negotiation practice and review of any offer letters •Unlimited texting/emails for random questions that come up along the way

Join small group coaching for an 8 week experience designed to help you build the skills, confidence, and mindset to lead with intention or find your next role. Each week covers a core leadership or job search topic with support from a credentialed coach and space for peer conversation, community, and learning.
